Responsible for overseeing help desk personnel as well as system and network administrator positions. Work closely with CFO, CEO and senior management in designing and implementing technology throughout the enterprise. Work closely with department management to identify technology needs departmentally. Responsible for overseeing EDI transactions from and to vendors (850, 856, 810 transaction types). Continue to optimize PeopleSoft applications from DB server to application server to process scheduler and web server. Started company and created annual revenues of $500,000 in less than 18 months. Managed hiring team of support, billing and network associates.
