About the author.

So you want to know more about me? Well, you've come to the right place. This is where I get to toot my own horn a bit and talk about myself and all the things I think are great about me. You know, the usual self-aggrandizing piffle that's de rigueur for bloggers everywhere. And this blog, it seems, will be no different.

Until I can think of something more interesting to say about myself, I'll provide the following tid-bits about myself:
  1. I work with technology.

  2. Using technology to solve complex problems is one of my passions.

  3. Reading is another passion.

  4. Self-development and self-improvement is a hobby of mine. I believe everyone can achieve greater things than they even remotely believe possible.

  5. I have to remind myself every day that I'm capable of achieving more than I ever thought was remotely possible.

  6. Photography is my third passion.

  7. I always have too many books in my "to read" pile and I never feel like I have enough in my "finished reading" pile.

  8. I enjoy a good arguement, especially if it's reasonably intellectual. This includes arguments about politics, a topic which is now verboten at my mother-in-law's house by decree of my wife.

  9. My mother-in-law and I still argue about politics, we're just furtive about it.

  10. I will gladly spend three hours using technology to automate a ten minute task if it means I'll never have to perform that task again.

More will be coming as I think of it or demand dictates. Until then I heartily recommend you pickup and read A Better Way to Live by Og Mandino. It was one of the first inspirational books my first mentor recommended to me; it will make you feel wonderful and provide you with a very easy to digest dose of positive material for your brain!
